You may initiate a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds beyond this period.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Return Process

Contact us at info@soawa.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Ship the item back to us.

Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the status of your return.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
