Returns
Our return policy extends for a duration of 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since you received the items, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The item(s) you ordered did not arrive within the 90 days promised by us.
- The item(s) you received was not as described.
- The item(s) you received is defective.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It should also be in the original packaging.
To complete the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at info@soawa.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping
Prior notification is necessary before returning any items. Please message us with your full name, order number, and the item(s) you would like to return. Do not ship a product back unless it has been approved.
